Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Support professional with experience in ERP solutions to provide high-level technical support to both internal users and external clients. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with global teams to ensure system stability and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support to end users.

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to ERP systems.

  • Manage and resolve support tickets within established SLAs.

  • Communicate effectively with international teams and clients in English.

  • Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

  • Adapt to flexible working hours and rotating shifts when required.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in IT Support.

  • Proven experience with ERP solutions.

  • Fully bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.

  • Experience working in a hybrid (onsite + remote) environment.

  • Availability for flexible schedules (morning or afternoon shifts).

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in corporate or multinational environments.

  • Additional knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or enterprise applications.

  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
