Responsibilities
- Lead MuleSoft engagements while the practice is being built.
- Drive joint sales pursuits in collaboration with MuleSoft and internal sales teams.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Develop best practices, delivery templates, and training materials.
- Manage global resource alignment and team utilization.
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new MuleSoft talent.
- Leading the strategy and growth of MuleSoft practice.
- Partnering with clients and vendors to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Representing the practice at industry events and partner engagements.
- The role often involves cross-functional collaboration acting on pre-sales, delivery, and managing multiple projects.
- You may also be expected to mentor junior developers, and define technical roadmaps
Profile
- 10+ years in consulting or enterprise IT environments.
- 5+ years of proven MuleSoft project experience, strong soft skills for customer interaction, and the ability to define high-level solutions during calls.
- Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Strong project delivery and program management skills.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Fully bilingual (spanish/english) to speak with the team and clients
